Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, followed by another email once your order has been delivered.
Please note that due to increased carrier demand, tracking information may not be updated as per usual. In some cases, the carrier tracking system may not show live status and only be updated once per 24-hour period.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges and corresponding transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is also a separate tool to calculate prior to checkout within the cart page.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges and corresponding transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is also a separate tool to calculate prior to checkout within the cart page.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cosmetic Packaging Now LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 2 business day for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the below listed timeframe, please contact us at info@cosmeticpackagingnow.com. Please include your name, company (as applicable), and order number.
Typical Domestic Transit Times*: 1-4 Business Days
Typical International Transit Times*: 3-10 business days
*Typical transit times vary based on destination and service type chosen at checkout. All orders are shipped from Dallas, TX U.S.A.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or International Military Base
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box or International U.S. Military Base, we are only able to ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). There may be adjustments to your order and delivery method depending on the delivery method selected at checkout to accommodate this requirement.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the original order or supply a credit towards a new order for you. Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please see link for complete refund policy.
Damaged Deliveries
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cosmeticpackagingnow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Missing/Lost/Stolen Packages
Please be aware that we are not liable for your package(s) once picked up by the carrier. In the event that your package has been marked as delivered but is not in your possession, please email us at info@cosmeticpacakgingnow.com and include your name, company (if applicable), and order number. We will begin the process of verifying the delivery with the carrier by requesting a Proof of Delivery (P.O.D.). If this P.O.D. cannot be provided or is inaccurate (based on the details provided at checkout), we will be able to replace your package in full and file a claim with the carrier. If, however, this P.O.D is received and is accurate (based on the details provided at checkout), the carrier will reject the claim outright. In this event, we will provide a courtesy replacement at 50% of the original order value + shipping costs. Please be aware the process of verifying the delivery takes between 2-5 business days depending on the carrier chosen.

Cosmetic Packaging Now LLC reserves the right to utilize an alternative carrier or service type than what was chosen at checkout.
